Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, undergarments, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
  • Multiple Returns: We reserve the right to refuse excessive or fraudulent returns.

Exchange Policy (Free Return Label Provided)

  • Contact our customer service to request an exchange.
  • You will receive a free prepaid return label via email.
  • Ship the original item back within 14 days after receiving the return label.
  • Once we receive your item, we will process and ship the exchange within 2-7 business days.

Store Credit (Free Return Label Provided)

  • Request a return for store credit by contacting us.
  • Receive a free prepaid return label via email.
  • Ship the item back within 14 days after receiving the return label.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit within 7-30 business days.

Refunds (Handling Fee Deducted for Return Label)

  • Request a return for a refund by contacting us.
  • Receive a prepaid return label via email (handling fee applies).
  • Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the return label.
  • Once the item is received and approved, we will issue the refund minus the handling fee within 7-30 business days.

Handling Fee for Refund Returns

  • Flat Fee: Standard shipping fee per return label (deducted from refund).
  • If you use your own shipping method, the handling fee does not apply.

Important Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Always request a return or exchange before shipping the item.
  • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
  • Tracking & Proof of Return: If you choose your own return method, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Multiple Returns & Abuse: Customers who repeatedly return worn or damaged items may be subject to account suspension.
